Make it safe
Utilities are checked and shut off where needed, unstable sections are braced and the site is secured.

Document before cleanup
Drone and ground photos, measurements and an inventory of damaged contents, before anything is moved.

Tarp, board-up and dry-out
Openings are covered and water extraction and drying begin so the salvageable parts stay salvageable.

Debris and demolition
Debris is removed and damaged sections taken down to sound structure, with materials sorted for the claim.

Rebuild
Framing, roofing, mechanical, electrical and finishes by Bear’s own crews, inspected and permitted.
